Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of handmade products, certain items are non-returnable:

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized candles
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Downloadable content (if applicable)
  • Used candles or candles that show signs of burning
  • Damaged candles due to customer misuse or improper storage

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any candle not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by Blissful Burn Decor
  • Any item returned after 7 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing delays can occur).
  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace candles if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly sent.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail your candle to:
{your physical address}

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product.
